You will then see our "desktop" of Android, and we've successfully installed the emulator.

In order to install WhatsApp, the interesting part, we have two alternatives. We can use the computer to download and save the following address: C: \ User \ username \ YouWave \ android.apps . Otherwise, we can download it directly from the emulator, which is easier, opening the browser and downloading from WhatsApp official website.

Once we run the program in the Android emulator, we need to configure all the details of the account: phone provider country, phone number, and activation via SMS, through which we will receive a message on our phone to confirm . If you have a smartphone, you have to wait five minutes to ask that we call the telephone number that we provide the activation code.

Once this is done, as we enter the activation code in the emulator, and you can use the program. The only difficulty you can have is that you have to enter contacts manually , because WhatsApp not have any phone with which to synchronize. This works the same way to add contacts from an Android device, or simply from any phone, so it should not present major difficulties.

However, as mentioned at the beginning of the post, WhatsApp only works with a single phone number in a single device. So if you install on your PC, the application will stop working on our phone . Although this is an ideal method for people who do not have smartphones, those who want to stay connected to WhatsApp can do so thanks to a service called Fonyou , a website that allows us to generate telephone numbers through a simple registration process.
